About the role
Emintell Healthcare is a growing NDIS provider, and we are currently seeking a Team Leader to support our participants, staff, and management team.
In this role, you will act as a key link between management and support workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and consistent care. This position combines hands-on support with leadership and coordination responsibilities to improve participant outcomes and team performance. You will play a vital role in shaping our organisation’s growth while ensuring strong communication and service delivery across the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of disability support workers, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Develop and implement effective strategies to coordinate and oversee the delivery of individualised support plans
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and promote continuous learning and development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures within the disability services sector
- Engage with clients, their families and stakeholders to understand and address their unique needs and preferences
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s disability services offerings
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership role within the disability services or community care sector
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-focused approach
- Thorough understanding of the NDIS and relevant legislation, policies and best practices in the disability services industry
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as disability studies, social work or community services
- Commitment to the principles of person-centred care and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
